You calculate your entire fleet in seconds. You can adjust the calculated offer price manually, then set the validity of the offer and send it to your customer at the touch of a button.

Customer receives the offer both electronically and in PDF format. The busfinder quotation tool automatically reminds each customer of the quotation before the deadline. Your customer can accept the electronic offer via a button in the offer. The offer is converted into an order and sent to you. You can manage all offers created and sent via your administration access.

Dispotool

for internal use (if no software is available)

You can use the busfinder dispatch tool (web-based tool, so you can access the tool from anywhere) free of charge to manage offers, orders, vehicles and drivers. You will receive your own overdraft facility (without access to the tariff parameters).

Also included is an automated availability query for online marketing via your own website or via busfinder.com.

Booking customers can pay for rental and travel services online, including for bookings made via your own website. You can also use the payment tool for internal orders via payment links. Customer funds are always paid out directly to you via our payment provider.

With online payment, you reduce the administrative effort involved in manual payment transactions.

Travel management

Package travel guidelines

You have a travel management tool with which you can manage your travel services incl. be able to administer contingent management. The documents and customer information required by the package travel guidelines are created automatically. You can create individual, supra-regional boarding points to expand the catchment area.

Interfaces to the “European Travel Insurance” and the payment processor (online payment) are also available. A plug-in for displaying your travel services on your own website (incl. end-to-end booking process) completes the offer.

If you subsequently provide buses for hire and travel products for online booking on busfinder.com, there are no monthly system or maintenance fees – even for internal use.
