A new semester brings a new schedule and often some changes as well. New classes, different classrooms, new groups, or new teachers—especially at the beginning, it can take a little while to get used to the new weekly routine.
To help you keep track of everything, we’ve created a handy class schedule for you to fill out. Just download it as a PDF, print it out, fill it in, and file it in your folder.
Everything You Need to Know for the School Week at a Glance
From Monday through Friday, the schedule allows for up to ten class periods. The start and end times for each period can be entered individually. In addition to the subject, there is additional space for the room and class or group for each period. Students can use this field, for example, to note down the name of the teacher for that period.
This can be especially helpful at the beginning: Whether you’re new to a school, taking over a new class, or just getting used to new rooms, classes, and names, you’ll have the most important information right at your fingertips in the class schedule.
Always within reach in A4 portrait orientation
The schedule is intentionally designed in A4 portrait orientation. This makes it easy to print on a standard printer and file upright in a regular folder. That way, it’s quickly at hand during the school day and doesn’t need to be folded.
You can also enter the year and semester yourself. This allows you to use the schedule regardless of the school year and easily reprint it for a new semester.
Set Goals, Keep Track of What’s Important, & Download Your Schedule
What would you like to accomplish this semester? In addition to your classes, the schedule includes space for three personal goals for the semester. This way, you can keep track not only of your courses and class times, but also of your own plans.
